To provide transitional housing and life-skills training for homeless families in our community.

Right now Front Royal/Warren County has more than 225 homeless families‚ They are not just individuals down on their luck. They are also the parents and grandparents of children who are our future. Many are living in motel rooms. in cars‚ and in the woods. There are no operational shelters or daily soup kitchens for these families lies in Warren County.
The Community Transitional Housing Program (CTHP)‚ is a non–profit 501(c)3 organization‚ founded in 2004 to serve the Front Royal/ Warren County homeless families. Members of C–CAP‚ the Salvation Army‚ the Ministerial Association‚ United Way‚ the Warren County Council on Domestic Violence‚ the Women’s Resource Center‚ Blue Ridge Legal Services‚ and several community leaders were instrumental in the formation of this new organization.
