The Community Transitional Housing Program provides:
- Transitional housing in the community so people can live together as a family
- Support services to assist homeless families gain life skills so they can work toward financial stability and self-sufficiency
- Forums in churches and community centers to help the community understand homelessness
- Newsletters and annual reports to update the community of our activities and programs

We need corporate and individual sponsors to continue this important social service.
- As a congregation
- Develop a mentoring team for a homeless family
- Donate furniture and household goods for program families
- Promote and participate in forums and fundraisers
- As a business or union
- Notify CTHP of apprentice opportunities or other employment opportunities for which our clients may be eligible
- Donate goods or services
- Offer to sponsor CTHP fundraising events
- As an individual
- Volunteer as part of a mentoring team
- Donate goods or time and skills for helping our families progress towards independence
- Offer rental properties (which can be a tax deduction for you)
- Participate in CTHP activities
- Offer to teach a relevant educational class to our clients in your area of expertise
